Where do I start if I’m not sure what I need?

Can you upgrade equipment I already have?
Our services include upgrading, maintenance and system management. Share the equipment details and the issues you are experiencing so the team can assess compatibility and the scope of work.
Do you supply and install the equipment?
Yes. The company profile covers product supply, installation, configuration, upgrading, maintenance and technical support across our security and ICT services.
Can I view my cameras remotely?
Remote viewing is part of our CCTV offering. Availability depends on the selected equipment, configuration and connectivity. We will discuss these requirements when planning your system.
What information is useful for a quotation?
Provide your location, the type of property or business, the service you need, any existing equipment and your preferred timing. Our team will confirm whether a site assessment is required.
Do you work with businesses and institutions?
Yes. WSS provides ICT and security services and also works as a contractor or consultant on government and non-government projects and tenders.
Is a price shown online for each system?
Each installation has its own requirements. Contact us for a quotation based on the equipment, installation scope and support arrangements for your project.
